Withernay Projects advised on the internal layouts, finishes, lift and sanitary facilities as well as dealing with a constrained approach and level change at the entrance. The project was highly commended for the Selwyn Goldsmith Award for Universal Designand also won an RIBA National Award and RIBA London Award in 2023.
Central Somers Town by Adam Khan Architects was also a winner. The building provided ten social homes, community play facilities, a youth club and rooftop Multi Use Games Area.
